Please have your team present and acting as your expert(s). Your team will need to supply the appraisal panel with documents including but not limited to the following items. 1) Professional testimony as per the repair strategy estimate provided by your team. 2) Provide a detailed estimate of repair for consideration of appraisal panel. 3) If Date of Loss is an issue, please provide the appraisal panel with documentation that supports your storm date. 4) Your team will mark all damage prior to the appraisal inspection. 5) Itel Reports and statements regarding product availability. 6) Commercial Building Appraisals will be billed out at $3000.00 per day. 7) Appraisals outside of Minnesota will be billed out at $225.00 per hour plus expenses. Expenses will be billed “at cost” which includes but not limited to fuel, food, lodging, airfare. Minimum retainer fee of $2000.00 8) A $500 cancellation fee will be applied to all appraisals that are canceled or settled prior to the date of appraisal. *All documentation must be provided to the appraisal panel 14 days prior to the onsite appraisal inspection date.
